-¥100,000/month (fixed)

- 2 days/week

-Fixed monthly salary paid monthly throughout the year.

-Contract renewal bonus

Work conditions:
- 2 days/week (Wednesday and Thursday)
- 6 hours/day (13:30-19:30, one hour preparation time and 5 teaching hours)

-occasional Sundays (Halloween party,Christmas Party etc. paid at ¥3000/hr)
 

Description:

Enthusiastic, energetic and friendly English instructor wanted for children aged 3-18.
Must love working with kids of all ages.

Experience with teaching phonics is preferred.

Although training in our curriculum is provided, we'd like to bring a creative instructor on board who can find new and interesting ways to teach the materials we use.

​Must be happy to work mostly independently after completion of training.

There will be occasional team teaching for training/events.

Requirements

-English: Native level

-Japanese: Conversational (preferred)

-University Degree and/or relevant experience (preferred)

-Must currently reside in Japan

-Valid working visa and own insurance (we do not sponsor visas or provide health insurance for part time roles)

-Experience with teaching phonics (strongly preferred)

-Experience with preparing students for the Eiken test (preferred)

Class Types and Average Class Size:

- Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High School (4~7 students per class)

Time Off:

42 working weeks a year (10 weeks off as per our school calendar)
